First Flight People's Viennaline ACH-FDH-CGN 02.11.2016

On November 2nd 2016 People's Viennaline began operations on their new route from Altenrhein via Friedrichshafen to Cologne. I was invited by the airport to take pictures of the ceremony on the apron.

 

The airport fire brigade welcomed them with a big water salute. The sector FDH-ACH was the shortest international flight operated regularly with only 8 minutes flight time, and a distance of 21km.

After deboarding the aircraft the ceremony began. The People's representatives were welcomed by the airport CEO Claus-Dieter Wehr, Marketing President Andeas Humer-Hager and a lot of local press.
